Foo Fighters Cancel Remaining June Tour Dates
For Fans Of: Nirvana, Queens Of The Stone Age, Jimmy Eat World, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, The Black Keys
Following Dave Grohl‘s injury last week, Foo Fighters have now scrapped their remaining tour dates for the month of June, which includes their headlining performance at Glastonbury.
The band’s June 14 and June 16 shows were also canceled due to the accident.
The band is next scheduled to perform July 4 in Washington, D.C., followed by a number of North American tour stops.
Dave Grohl fell off stage during Foo Fighters’ show Friday evening in Gothenburg, Sweden. But despite apparently breaking his leg from the fall, the rocker continued performing.
He was eventually treated backstage but not before finishing one song, reportedly “Under Pressure.”
Update: A rep for Grohl says that as of Saturday (June 13) the musician has sustained at least one fracture, although “the full extent of Dave’s injuries are still being determined.”
