Los Angeles-based R&B/soul band the Internet have released a video for their song “Girl,” a single off their upcoming album Ego Death, their first album since 2013’s Feel Good and third record overall. The track was produced by Canadian DJ and producer Kaytranada and projects an old school, R&B feel. The group is fronted by Matt Martians and Syd the Kid, of Odd Future fame.

The video for “Girl” features Kaytranada and is centered on Syd, performing in front of spaced out and dream-like settings, filled hues of secondary colors. The rest of the lineup, including tour members, appear throughout the video.

This coming week, the band have a few upcoming New York showcases to promote the new album. Starting off in Harlem at MIST on June 29th, followed by Baby’s All Right on June 30th and then an opening slot for Basement Jaxx at Central Park’s Summer Stage on July 1st. They have previously opened for both Chance The Rapper and Mac Miller on the the Space Migration tour. They have also performed at Coachella in 2014, in which we placed them in our list of picks for The Top 20 Most Underrated Artists (see here). They have even done a show with Little Dragon.

Ego Death is set to be released on June 30th.
